Refund & Return Policy

At Luxe Pied, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a clear and flexible return policy, as outlined below.


1. Return Timeframe

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and show no signs of wear;

  • Include all original tags, accessories, and packaging;

  • Be free from damage, alterations, or odors.

Note: Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance;

  • Gift cards;

  • Items damaged due to misuse;

  • Footwear showing visible signs of use.


4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@luxepied.com with:

    • Your order number;

    • The reason for the return.

  2. Our team will provide detailed return instructions and the return shipping address.

📦 Return shipping costs are covered by Luxe Pied, unless the customer ordered the wrong item (e.g., incorrect size or color).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for return items lost in transit.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund;

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within up to 10 business days;

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order through our website.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.

We will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.


8. International Returns (France)

The process is the same for international orders. However:

  • Import duties and taxes are non-refundable;

  • Return shipping follows the same rule: it is covered by Luxe Pied, unless the order error was made by the customer.
