At Luxe Pied, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and refund policy, outlined below.
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:
The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
All tags and accessories are intact.
The product is free of any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
Items marked as final sale or clearance
Gift cards
Products damaged due to customer misuse
Worn footwear or items with visible signs of use
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@luxepied.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Refunds do not include original shipping charges (if applicable).
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
For international orders, the return process remains the same. Please be aware that any duties or taxes paid are non-refundable and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
