2. Estimated Delivery Time

We currently ship to customers in the United States and France.

  • United States: 7 to 12 business days

  • France: 7 to 12 business days

Please note: delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and customs clearance procedures (for international orders).


3. Shipping Carriers

We work with reliable logistics partners and international couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery, including:

A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order is dispatched.

5. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct. Orders returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees.
